It’s not really important what we call the movement - yoga, somatics, jogging, dancing. Movement is not only the expression of ourselves but our fundamental nature.
As a certified Embodied Flow™ Teacher and Somatic Movement Educator, I’ve been moving bodies and minds for over 8 years.
Weaving together yoga and somatic explorations offers a transformative experience, awakening both the body and mind. By delving into the depths of anatomy, mindfulness, and non-dual philosophy, I support students in exploring the interconnectivity between the physical and spiritual, the individual and the universal. While our practice is unique and personal, it's not only a way to connect back to ourselves but to everyone and everything around us.
I aim to help you find more freedom in your body-mind, without denying the reality a lot of us live with - chronic pain, physical and emotional restrictions, an overactive nervous system, or mental obstacles we might have constructed for ourselves.
I have a deep love for resting. In a world that celebrates hustle, capitalism, and nervous system overstimulation, resting is an act of resistance. Weaving free, intuitive movement, self-massage, restorative practice, and yoga nidra with nervous system regulation, the practice of Somatic Rest aims to bring you back to a felt sense of safety and recovery.
