I'm an ISMETA certified Somatic Movement Educator, yoga teacher, and astrologist, and offer support from a place of deep-rooted belief that we are already whole. I believe in magic as something already available to us and that by reconnecting with our authentic selves, particularly our bodies, we open ourselves up to experiencing life at its fullest. And that embracing all facets of who we are allows us to not only nurture ourselves but also provides unwavering support to those around us on their own journeys.
